Shipping policy

Mocamar currently ships within the United States. Orders ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Each piece is packed with care and shipped with tracking.

Processing time

In-stock pieces usually ship within 1–2 business days. If a piece is made to order or offered as a pre-order, the estimated production and shipping timeframe will be stated clearly on the product page.

Shipping rates

Within Broward County, delivery is free of charge. For all other locations within the United States, shipping is available for a flat rate of $5.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 11 miles of Fort Lauderdale. Local orders are personally delivered by the founder, usually on the same day or the following day. After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery issues

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at [support email]. We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier where possible.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the box, packaging materials, and item.
