Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To start a return, log in to your Mocamar account and open the order you would like to return. Please do not send the item back before your return request has been approved.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included cards, parts, and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
