Early reactions

What people notice first is not the material.
It is the warmth of the light, the sculptural shape and the way the object changes a room.

Then they ask what it is made from.
Recycled fishing net material. Printed in small batches. Made in Florida.

Lower CO₂ footprint than a conventional table lamp of comparable size. All electrical components are UL-certified and made in the USA. Each lamp travels in a printed tote of recycled cotton – yours to keep.

Material Transparency Promise

We don't say which boat your lamp came from, but we can tell you every step it travelled. Every lamp includes a signed Origin Statement: material source, processing chain and donation allocation. If anything in your Origin Statement turns out to be inaccurate, we'll refund 100% and you keep the lamp.

Explore the Material story

Built with intention.

The Mangrove is built from recycled fishing nets and made by a craftsman in Fort Lauderdale who believes waste can become something to be proud of in your home. Most of this market runs on a familiar formula - a bit of recycled material, a lot of marketing, no traceability behind any of it. He chose differently. From his own pocket, without investors, without a marketing apparatus and with every step of the supply chain on the table.
